Speaking of the OP: I rerolled "Doug" as a Republic character but I do still have a few imperials. The one I play most often these days is "Puzzler." |

Anyone still playing this game?
I just got back into it and I'm digging the cartel market. Most of it anyway (I have to pay to /sing?  )
I've two Republic characters on Jung Ma which are incredibly low level, and 3 Imps on Prophecy of the Five.
I'm also getting the ol' itch again and now that I kind of, sort of, maybe have the time (First year as teacher is no joke) I might jump back in for some pvp/LFR.

Yeah I'm still playing regularly. My crew has guilds on both Republic and Empire side on Jung Ma. Majah is on sometimes too.

Republic: Uftax, S'barro, Derfus, Mallati, Yellowthorn
Empire: Bragus, Ralya, Fendak, Puzzler

The name was inspired by a running joke on 30 Rock that one of Jack's glamorous billionaire friends was "Pizzarino Sbarro", ostensibly heir to the fast food fortune.
When I was playing in beta I'd give my characters either randomly-generated names or intentionally stupid ones, and one of my Jedi was named "S'barro" because I'd been watching 30 Rock and thought that was really funny. The thing is, it really grew on me... and I also realized that a lot of the characters' names in Star Wars were thinly veiled inside jokes or pop culture references, so in the end it kinda made sense... and now Master S'barro is one of my favorite characters.
I also ended up re-using the randomly generated name "Mallati" because I thought it was pretty, and it wasn't taken. |
